Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 750ML 2015 Red Wine
My Mom Lorna ( pictured with my Dad, as a young girl, and working the bottling line at Caymus ) never sought the spotlight and received little public attention. But without her we couldn't have succeeded in the wine business. She llived a farming life in Napa Valley of hard work and simple pleasures, surrounded by family, nature, love, and of course good food and wine.
We strive to live by her example - whatever Mother Nature hands us. 2015 was a drought year, with extra stress on the vines leading to a low yield and small berries. We harvested the grapes well before the onset of winer, at full ripeness, and produced colorful, highly extracted, rich Carbernet Sauvignon - a vintage I think would make my Mom proud.

"A wine rating is a score assigned by one or more wine critics to a wine tasted as a summary of that critic's evaluation of that wine. A wine rating is therefore a subjective quality score, typically of a numerical nature, given to a specific bottle of wine. In most cases, wine ratings are set by a single wine critic, but in some cases a rating is derived by input from several critics tasting the same wine at the same time. " from Wiki Wine Rating.
